3/13/17 #27 Wt. 197,Pulse 56 slept 7 hours. tired with time change. Body feels good. Right glut, r ankle and r calf show no stiffness/tightness. Rowed 2min, crawled 2 min for 7 rounds. It's 8 F with 8 inches of snow. Spina Hip felt like I had more mobility and felt more fluid,as did, Creassey.
