3/26/17 #40 Wt 195.4 Slept 8 hours, napped 40 min. 6-7/10. Legs tired, shoulders and posterior shoulder achy. Cycled for 4 rounds of 10 min followed by 5 min of movement. Breathing in squat position. Movement felt good, slightly "easier"than last week.
