3/14/17 #28 Wt 194.7 pulse 56, Slept 7 hours-napped 1 hour in afternoon. 7/10 tired from time change. Body feels good. Workout was good. 45 lbs KB for squats, 55 lbs for landmine. Rowing was good. Looking forward to next program. Warming up this weekend into the 50s. :)
