3/417#19. Slept 8 hours. 7-8/10. Tired from week and travel. Snowboarded 4 hours rode hard. Cold wind. Legs felt great! Felt "light" on my board. Hard to find high quality protein. Eat out every meal. Short on protein but lots of fat. Very fun day!
