3/6/17 #21 Pulse 56, Slept 7 hours, 7-8/10. Legs a little stiff for 10 15 min first thing this am. Feeling. Looking forward to recovery workout tonight.
Heavy rain/Thunderstorm tonight. Crazy weather for Mpls in early March. Moved indoors. Rowed 2 min/crawled 2 min for 7 rounds. Spina Hip was a little more fluid. Right glut more restricted than left. Creassey shoulder was easier when lying on side. Felt good to stretch!Looking forward to workout tomorrow.
