3/19/17 #33 Wt 195.3, pulse 58, Slept 8.5 hours, took an hour nap. Upper traps tight. Jog/walked for 4 reps of cyclical,5 min locomotion and breathing in a squat. Legs felt tired/heavy. Pasta for dinner-we had guests.
