4/10/17 #55 Slept 8 hrs. 8/10-body feels good. Snowboarded for 4.5 hrs. Walked 2 miles. Elevation was around 8-9 thousand ft. Could feel it! Trying to stay hydrated.
Carbs170g, Fat 68g Protein 134g.
